Hi, I’m Matthias, enjoying and exploring life at the intersection of product and entrepreneurship.
I’m Co-Founder and CPO at Plato, where I build the future of wholesale with AI-enabled vertical software.
Prior to this, I helped start ventures globally at Rocket Internet. I have a background in management and CS from TU Munich, CDTM, and WHU. I’m currently based in Berlin.
I’m an inherently curious person and read a lot (some favorites). I’m particularly interested in digital products, technology, and investing with a focus on vertical software and crypto.
Having a German and Spanish background (which explains the double surname) I also enjoy working and living in international environments - e.g. I spent time across Europe, the US, and Oceania.
Moreover I like side projects and in the past have amongst other things
I find that writing improves my clarity of thinking. Sometimes I share my thoughts publicly.
